The Design

Raised gold lettering and a deep green border frame the scene with “Cades Cove” and “The Foothills Parkway.”

The Great Smoky Mountains side depicts a winding mountain road at sunset, framed by the silhouettes of the Smokies. A National Park Service ranger badge and arrowhead are prominently featured in the foreground, recognizing the rangers who serve and protect America's national parks. The design is surrounded by the classic green-and-gold border with “National Park Service” and “Great Smoky Mountains.”
