Sentinel Mint offers collectible items including challenge coins, patches, badges and related merchandise.

We make reasonable efforts to accurately display and describe our products. However, actual products may vary slightly from photographs, digital renderings or mockups due to manufacturing processes, lighting, screen settings and other factors.

Minor variations in color, finish, placement or other manufacturing characteristics that do not materially affect the product are not considered defects.

Preorders:

Certain products may be offered for purchase before they are manufactured or available for shipment.

Estimated production and shipping dates provided for preorder products are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Manufacturing, transportation, customs or other circumstances outside our control may result in delays.

By purchasing a preorder item, you acknowledge that the item is not currently available for immediate shipment and agree to wait for production and fulfillment.

If an order contains both in-stock and preorder merchandise, shipment timing may depend on the availability of all items in the order unless otherwise stated.

Orders:

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order when reasonably necessary, including in cases involving suspected fraud, pricing or inventory errors, payment issues or other circumstances that prevent us from fulfilling the order.

If Sentinel Mint cancels an order after payment has been collected, the applicable payment will be refunded.

Pricing and Payment:

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

Prices, promotions and product availability may change without notice. The price charged for an item will generally be the price displayed when the order is placed.

Applicable taxes and shipping charges will be calculated and displayed during checkout when required.

Payments are processed through third-party payment processors. Sentinel Mint does not directly store complete credit or debit card information.

Shipping:

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order.

All sales are final. Sentinel Mint does not accept returns, refunds or exchanges except when required by applicable law or when Sentinel Mint determines that an order was incorrect or a product arrived materially defective or damaged.
